Terms of service

To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all guests, please adhere to the following policies while using the facility: 

1. No Smoking, including vaping or e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
2. Proper Attire Required: Shirts must be worn at all times while on the premises. Players without shirts will be asked to leave the court area.
3. Personal Belongings: Central Pick is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings, including but not limited to mobile phones, wireless devices, and wallets. Please keep your items secure at all times.
4. No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted inside the facility, with the exception of registered service animals.
5. Court Booking Enforcement: Players must use the court number assigned in their booking. Do not occupy courts outside your booking. If you play on a different court for more than 5 minutes, a surcharge equivalent to 1 hour of court rental will be applied.
6. Safety & Liability: Safety is our top priority. However, Central Pick is not liable for any injuries sustained while on the premises. All players participate at their own risk.
7. Booking Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours before booking time for full refund. All refund are made as credit. Please follow the guidelines on the Terms & Condition on our booking site.
8. Overtime Surcharge: Please finish your session on time. If you continue playing for more than 5 minutes past your booking time, a surcharge for 1 additional hour will be applied.
